EdX has just released the newest version of the edX Platform on edx.org and edX Edge.

This release includes the following enhancements.

  • An error that prevented the “View as a specific student” feature from presenting course content has been resolved.
  • System administrators can now add custom fields to the registration page for their Open edX instances. Fields can be of different types, including drop-down and text entry. For more information, see Adding Custom Fields to the Registration Page.
