Israel’s national digital learning initiative, CampusIL, serves over 1.2 million learners across 30,000+ courses and classroom instances. To extract actionable intelligence at that scale, CampusIL partnered with MidLink Cloud to deploy Open edX Aspects—the platform’s open-source analytics framework—on a production-grade AWS infrastructure. MidLink addressed the real challenges of national-scale analytics: auto-scaling to handle over 2 million daily learning events, cloud-native observability, and cost management. The result gives educators and policymakers timely visibility into learner engagement, supporting evidence-based decisions that advance Israel’s K–12 STEM priorities and broader goals around reducing educational inequity.
