NASA set out to train 20,000 researchers in open science principles through a structured, credentialed online curriculum — and needed a platform that could handle complex sequencing, diverse learner paths, and meaningful analytics from day one. Raccoon Gang designed and delivered five SCORM-based modules integrated into a branded Open edX instance, with guided progression, Credly badge credentialing, and RG Analytics for outcome tracking. The program launched on schedule within roughly three months and is built to scale without rearchitecting.
