Omar has diverse experience in the community as a Founder of zeitlabs.com, Acting CTO of Edraak.org, Staff Engineer and Tech Lead at Appsembler.com and Acting CTO of the National eLearning Center in Saudi Arabia serving all the 500 public sector departments.
He has served hundreds of Open edX customers and led multiple international teams for Open edX project across the 5 continents.
Omar actively contributed to the Open edX Project since 2014 and helped make the Open edX platform available for the RTL market (estimated 30% of the Open edX market), while leading the globalization of the Open edX platform.
