Vinoo Das is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience architecting large-scale digital ecosystems and enterprise solutions across global industries. As Head of Engineering at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), he leads the organization’s digital transformation strategy, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable platforms that power India’s skilling ecosystem including SIDH, India’s first Digital Public Infrastructure for Skilling, and the NSDC Stack, among other strategic initiatives.
Throughout his career, Vinoo has held key technology leadership roles at EY, Wipro, and Ericsson, driving innovation across domains such as IoT, AI, cloud, and enterprise architecture. As an entrepreneur, he also founded his own AI startup, further deepening his expertise in emerging technologies and product innovation.
An advocate for open, data-driven, and interoperable digital ecosystems, Vinoo combines deep technical expertise with a strategic vision for technology-enabled growth.
