Read about updates to edx.org and edX Edge on February 23, 2015.
This release includes the following changes.
- For open response assessment problems, course staff can now enter a username when they want to get student information. They no longer need to obtain a course-specific anonymized student ID. Course staff can now also remove inappropriate student responses and exclude them from peer assessments.
- The edX Developer’s Guide now includes a section with guidelines and tips for developing code that is compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
- Events in the data package now include data from the HTTP referer and accept-language header fields.
- Student engagement data reported by edX Insights now includes activity by students who used the edX Mobile app to watch videos on smartphones.
