May 28, 2015 | By

EdX has just released the newest version of the edX Platform on edx.org and edX Edge.

This release includes the following changes.

  • A problem that prevented users from using keyboard shortcuts to verification photos has been fixed.
  • Creative Commons licensing information has been added to courseware. If specific content in a course, such as a video, has a different license than the overall course license, the content includes an indication of its license type.
  • Documentation about Creative Commons licensing has been added to Building and Running an edX Course and to the edX Guide for Students.

For a list of the changes in this and previous releases, see the edX Release Notes.

You can access the weekly release notes as well as all other edX documentation at docs.edx.org.
