Documentation Update: edX Data Analytics API

December 9, 2014 | By

The alpha release of the new Data Analytics API is available for people to use in their own instances of Open edX. This REST API provides the tools for building applications to view and analyze student activity.  It’s a new release (version 0). We’re planning on making updates and enhancements, and hope you’ll make and share your own as well.

The documentation team has been working hard in the edX offices on writing down everything—we hope—you need to know about setting up and using the Data Analytics API. Check it out over on readthedocs. You can make edits and revisions on GitHub, or send any feedback to docs@edx.org.
